Your Role
- Lead the conceptualization and creation of compelling key visuals and brand concepts for technology and industrial clients.
- Design and produce marketing collateral demonstrating a strong understanding of the business context and the client’s business goals
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams-including strategists, content creators, account managers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and seamless campaign execution.
- Stay current with the latest design principles, B2B marketing trends, digital platform developments, and emerging technologies, with a special focus on generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, and RunwayML.


Must-Haves
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer.
- Familiarity with marketing and social media communication formats.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, and flawless execution, including digital campaign concepts and key visual designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
- Proven experience and confidence using generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E, RunwayML) for concept development, mood board creation, and workflow optimization.
- Good verbal, written, and visual communication skills in English (B2+/C1 level).
